The Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival is a volunteer-driven organization with only one part-time staff member. Needless to say, the festival simply would not exist without the skills, helping hands, and dedication of many volunteers.
There are numerous opportunities for people to get involved.

Poster Street Team
Believe it or not, postering around the county remains one of the most effective forms of publicity!
We need street teams in every town to put up posters at businesses from mid-July until late August.
Social Media and Publicity
Let’s face it…. our social media presence could use some help. Can you share you exertise? We would be so grateful!

Board Participation
Alpenglow is looking to expand its Board to include a more diverse set of experiences and skills. We are especially interested in adding fundraising and marketing expertise.

Ushering

• Welcoming patrons at the door
• Checking tickets
• Handing out programs
• Assisting with seating
Food and Beverage Team
• Contributing appetizers and desserts for our Soirees.
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of food and beverage at concerts and soirees

Soiree Hosting
• Hosting a Soiree in your home.
• Soirees can be tailored to fit the size and configuration of your home.

Musician Housing
• Providing housing for guest musicians from across the USA as well as other countries during the festival (Silverthorne locations preferred.)
• Form a lasting friendship
