As artistic directors, we think of Alpenglow as a musical museum where we all get inspired. We curate music in the most creative and enjoyable way - celebrating something familiar and essential, while introducing something new and surprising (such as new contemporary compositions and rarely performed works). We hope this combination of masterworks and hidden treasures lets you take home the gifts of discovery with a smile. We also hope that you can make new friends at Alpenglow, meeting fellow audience members and our phenomenal performers.

Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival, Inc., an active 501(c)3 non-profit arts organization, is dedicated to improving the quality of life and enhancing the cultural life for residents and guests of Summit County and Colorado. It provides quality performances of chamber music performed by nationally and internationally acclaimed musical artists, and it promotes an appreciation of chamber music through education, outreach and audience development.
We offer access to our concerts with affordable prices. We develop the artistic and technical proficiency of our students and we encourage local music students with scholarship awards.
